Universal test device for continuous valves with integrated electronics - the latest version of the famous ZIM-UPS1!

The crime scene is the proportional valve. And you have to investigate because the good piece is obviously malfunctioning or simply cannot be put into operation. And there they are again, the familiar questions:

• Is the voltage correct?
• Is the setpoint from the controller that reaches the valve correct and does it match the actual value?
• How can I easily check functionality before installation?

We have redeveloped it with Dietz Automation GmbH primarily for service and commissioning purposes. This makes it easy to control continuous valves with integrated electronics and an operating voltage of ±15 V or +24 V and to check their function. Another major advantage is the integrated switch for switching an additional release valve.

The details:

• extremely robust aluminum housing with sturdy handles
• Digital display for actual and target value, supply voltage, release
• Display of the external supply voltage on the valve
• additional switching output for a 24V switching valve (e.g. release valve)
• Potentiometer for continuous adjustment of the target value
• Control mode to check the signals arriving at the valve, the higher-level control is active
• Control operation via the supplied power supply, independent of the higher-level control
