Consequences of the withdrawal

9. Information on the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may become extinct in the following cases:
· In accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content that is not contained on a tangible medium, if the trader began with the perfor-mance of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented to the trader beginning with performance of the contract prior to expiry of the withdrawal period and the consumer has acknoledged that by their consent, they would lose the right to withdraw from the contract upon the performance of the contract having commenced.
In In these cases, the statutory right of withdrawal to which the consumer (within the meaning of Section 13 BGB) is initially entitled becomes extinct.
