1. Shipping Methods and Costs:
Our company offers various shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and order value. These include:

Additionally, we offer:
- In-Store Pickup: Customers can collect their orders directly from our store to save on shipping costs. No shipping fees apply.
- Email Delivery (Licenses Only): After resolving all technical questions, we send the license capability response file via email. If licenses are ordered together with hardware, the file will be installed directly by us and delivered with the hardware. No shipping fees apply.
2. Information on Delivery Date Calculation:
- For Prepayment: The period begins one day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. The period ends at the end of the last day of the specified time frame. If the last day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next business day (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays) is considered the end of the period.
- For All Other Payment Methods: The period begins the day after the contract is concluded. The period ends at the end of the last day of the specified time frame. If the last day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next business day (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays) is considered the end of the period.
3. Shipping Partner:
We collaborate with GLS to ensure fast and reliable delivery of our products.
4. Delivery Area:
Currently, our company delivers only within Germany and the European Union (EU).
5. Shipment Tracking:
After shipping their orders, customers will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the status of their delivery at any time.
6. Packaging:
To protect the environment and conserve resources, we use recycled packaging materials whenever possible and avoid unnecessary filler materials.
