Right of Withdrawal

Some items in our shop are offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or for trial before purchase. This withdrawal policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you selected.
Your payment information will be securely stored, and each delivery will be charged to you unless you opt for upfront payment.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can also cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, allowing you to manage your subscription. For more details about returns and refunds, please refer to our return policy.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or will soon become available but is not yet in stock.
We may charge no payment or only a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then execute and deduct the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more details about returns and refunds, please refer to our return policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you try an item before purchasing it, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will then have a certain period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return the item within this time frame, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
