The XI120116 digital input module is used to acquire binary, ground-switching 24 V control signals in a ctrlX I/OStation. The module features 16 channels in a single-wire configuration. The signal status is indicated by the channel LED on the detachable peripheral connector.
The logic and peripheral power supply as well as the EtherCAT-based module communication are forwarded through the module.
The corresponding ESI files are available for integration into the higher-level system.
